Gregory's Commercial Division recently completed an upfit for Nexsen Pruet LLC in the new First Citizens building on Main Street in downtown Columbia. The commercial team also completed the new USC School of Public Health. A new facility at Keenan High School is underway.  


The Raleigh office has been working at the Marriott City Center and at North Carolina State University’s South Garner Hall.



Our Charleston group recently completed the Pediatric ICU and the Walton Research Center for the Medical University of South Carolina. They also contributed to the Trident Tech Phase 111 renovations.


The Spartanburg office helped complete Spartanburg County School District Two’s Intermediate School located in Boiling Springs. The school opened in January 2007, and we were happy to be a part of building this118,100 square-foot facility.

Gregory Power expanded into the Charleston service area for South Carolina Electric and Gas. We are working on large overhead distribution jobs and street lighting for the Southern Division.


Our telephone department continues to work for Bellsouth on our master contract in the Columbia area. We also perform individual contracts in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.



The Florida office recently completed a large 24-foot bore in Orlando for the county. Gregory’s Florida team is currently working on a large reclaimed water project for the city of Naples in the Port Royal neighborhood..
