A strong foundation worth building on
I was searching for a local company to have a career with, not just a job. Happened to see a “now hiring” ad for Gregory Electric. I’d seen the company around for years, even worked with them through a temp agency. I got along with and liked the employees I met. Turns out, I made a good call when I answered the ad.

We never shied away from difficult or challenging jobs like when we made the WIS TV tower light up like a Christmas tree. Just ask the guys who climbed that tower every year!

When I was hired by Gregory, I came for 10 cents less an hour. The guy that hired me couldn’t quite get me to what I was working for, but I took the job anyway. After I worked two weeks, he came out on the job and said, “James, we’re going to go ahead and give you your money because we believe you’re going to be alright!”
